When choosing an agent, we had a vast many that my husband and I knew personally. We decided to work with Mandy because of her hard working, go getter personality. If you are looking to sell quickly, call Mandy. In 2 days, she had our house listed and sold in 4 days with multiple offers. Kirk & I would highly recommend Mandy for your selling needs. She’s truly gifted in this profession.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable about all the areas we were looking for, and very conscientious about helping us find what we wanted. Mr. O’Conner worked with us over a 24 month period until we found exactly what we desired. In addition, he continued to help facilitate the mortgage process and assisted at various points during the process. This included dealing with the listing agent. I am not sure we would have been able to complete the entire process without him. It was a comfort to us knowing he kept a sharp eye on everything. We now have our dream retirement due to John! I would highly recommend John for all your real estate transactions in the Brunswick county area! Thanks John!

We received Seth Barbee’s name via a Zillow inquiry for. Property on Ocean Isle Beach. We were skeptical but so very glad we with him! He helped us purchase a great home. He was knowledgeable about the area and was super helpful even after the purchase was done as we are not in the area full time. We would highly recommend him!

Steve went out of his way to make sure we found the right home for us. He was there anytime we needed and was always happy to help. You’d be hard pressed to find a more knowledgeable realtor. Thanks again Steve for everything you did for us!

Mandy is an experienced professional and was very available. She has a great personality and makes the stress of selling and buying a home and selling land easy. Unfortunately, Mandy just helped us find our forever home or I would say we will use her in the future. We will be letting all our friends know about how great Mandy is to work with.

My husband and I have owned property in Brunswick Plantation for many years. Due to various circumstances, we never moved there and ended up in Arizona. We tried to sell the property two different times to no avail. A couple of months ago, we received a card from Jeff Lott and decided to try this one more time. John was the most helpful and respectful realtor. We worked with John during the most critical time of the Covid Pandemic. Having to do things virtually with regards to buying a new home, was stressful to say the least. However, John made the process smooth and enjoyable! He was extremely responsive to all of our questions. He took the time to show receptive properties virtually and clarify anything that was needed to give us a better understanding of the property. The BEST! We got him by sheer luck! We were contemplating buying land and building. A year and half prior to buying. When we decided to get serious and look for houses, we had already looked around.
