My husband and I have owned property in Brunswick Plantation for many years. Due to various circumstances, we never moved there and ended up in Arizona. We worked with Steve in January and February of 2020. He was outstanding to work with on our land and build purchase. Steve spent time getting to know us and what our property goals were for our North Carolina purchase. Steve was responsive, understanding, knowledgeable and very kind. We trusted Steve throughout the entire process, would use him again and highly recommend him!

Mandy is an experienced professional and was very available. She has a great personality and makes the stress of selling and buying a home and selling land easy. Unfortunately, Mandy just helped us find our forever home or I would say we will use her in the future. We will be letting all our friends know about how great Mandy is to work with.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable about all the areas we were looking for, and very conscientious about helping us find what we wanted. Mr. O’Conner worked with us over a 24 month period until we found exactly what we desired. In addition, he continued to help facilitate the mortgage process and assisted at various points during the process. This included dealing with the listing agent. I am not sure we would have been able to complete the entire process without him. It was a comfort to us knowing he kept a sharp eye on everything. We now have our dream retirement due to John! I would highly recommend John for all your real estate transactions in the Brunswick county area! Thanks John!
