We worked with Steve in January and February of 2020. He was outstanding to work with on our land and build purchase. Steve spent time getting to know us and what our property goals were for our North Carolina purchase. Steve was responsive, understanding, knowledgeable and very kind. We trusted Steve throughout the entire process, would use him again and highly recommend him!

Amanda is amazing! She was very patient with me during the entire process and made sure that she was always available whenever I needed her. She helped me craft an offer on my house that resulted in a fantastic deal. Me and my family just spent the weekend being driven around by Seth in an effort to explore the Wilmington, NC and surrounding area real estate market. Seth provided key data on community size, dates of build-out, builder info, and provided a comprehensive list of communities to review in lead-up to our visit. With Seth’s guidance we narrowed down our list of choices from over a dozen communities to three, all of them being strong contenders for when we move.
