John was the most helpful and respectful realtor. We worked with John during the most critical time of the Covid Pandemic. Having to do things virtually with regards to buying a new home, was stressful to say the least. However, John made the process smooth and enjoyable! He was extremely responsive to all of our questions. He took the time to show receptive properties virtually and clarify anything that was needed to give us a better understanding of the property. Me and my family just spent the weekend being driven around by Seth in an effort to explore the Wilmington, NC and surrounding area real estate market. Seth provided key data on community size, dates of build-out, builder info, and provided a comprehensive list of communities to review in lead-up to our visit. He was responsive on the phone, email, and text. With Seth’s guidance we narrowed down our list of choices from over a dozen communities to three, all of them being strong contenders for when we move.
