Extremely professional and knowledgeable about all the areas we were looking for, and very conscientious about helping us find what we wanted. Mr. O’Conner worked with us over a 24 month period until we found exactly what we desired. In addition, he continued to help facilitate the mortgage process and assisted at various points during the process. This included dealing with the listing agent. I am not sure we would have been able to complete the entire process without him. It was a comfort to us knowing he kept a sharp eye on everything. We now have our dream retirement due to John! I would highly recommend John for all your real estate transactions in the Brunswick county area! Thanks John!

The BEST! We got him by sheer luck! We were contemplating buying land and building. A year and half prior to buying. When we decided to get serious and look for houses, we had already looked around. My husband told me of one more house. We were at the house and saw a sign in the yard, called, and they sent Johnnie. He’s the nicest person you will ever meet. We met with Seth in 2019 when he showed us condos in the Calabash area. On that visit, we didn’t find what we were looking for. We never forgot Seth because he was great. He was friendly, no pressure and understood what we were looking for. We continued to look on line and in 2021 we found what we wanted. There was no doubt who we wanted as our agent, Seth Barbee. Mandy is an experienced professional and was very available. She has a great personality and makes the stress of selling and buying a home and selling land easy. When choosing an agent, we had a vast many that my husband and I knew personally. We decided to work with Mandy because of her hard working, go getter personality. If you are looking to sell quickly, call Mandy. In 2 days, she had our house listed and sold in 4 days with multiple offers. Kirk & I would highly recommend Mandy for your selling needs. She’s truly gifted in this profession.
