When choosing an agent, we had a vast many that my husband and I knew personally. We decided to work with Mandy because of her hard working, go getter personality. If you are looking to sell quickly, call Mandy. In 2 days, she had our house listed and sold in 4 days with multiple offers. Kirk & I would highly recommend Mandy for your selling needs. She’s truly gifted in this profession.

My husband and I have owned property in Brunswick Plantation for many years. Due to various circumstances, we never moved there and ended up in Arizona. We tried to sell the property two different times to no avail. A couple of months ago, we received a card from Jeff Lott and decided to try this one more time. We agreed on a reasonable price and within a short time Jeff had an an offer for our property. The timing was right and we were happy to proceed with the sale. Jeff has been an absolute pleasure to work with, a great personality, sales experience and competence. Thank you to Jeff for taking care of us. It has been a pleasure, and I would gladly recommend him for anyone needing a great realtor.

Amanda is amazing! She was very patient with me during the entire process and made sure that she was always available whenever I needed her. She helped me craft an offer on my house that resulted in a fantastic deal. Extremely professional and knowledgeable about all the areas we were looking for, and very conscientious about helping us find what we wanted. Mr. O’Conner worked with us over a 24 month period until we found exactly what we desired. In addition, he continued to help facilitate the mortgage process and assisted at various points during the process. This included dealing with the listing agent. I am not sure we would have been able to complete the entire process without him. It was a comfort to us knowing he kept a sharp eye on everything. We now have our dream retirement due to John! I would highly recommend John for all your real estate transactions in the Brunswick county area! Thanks John!

Stephen is a great realtor. We have used him for five transactions and everyone of them has been completed without hiccup. He is communicative, regularly provides updates, and double checks his work and the work of other agents to make sure the deal goes through. I highly recommend working with him.

We worked with Steve in January and February of 2020. He was outstanding to work with on our land and build purchase. Steve spent time getting to know us and what our property goals were for our North Carolina purchase. Steve was responsive, understanding, knowledgeable and very kind. We trusted Steve throughout the entire process, would use him again and highly recommend him!

John was the most helpful and respectful realtor. We worked with John during the most critical time of the Covid Pandemic. Having to do things virtually with regards to buying a new home, was stressful to say the least. However, John made the process smooth and enjoyable! He was extremely responsive to all of our questions. He took the time to show receptive properties virtually and clarify anything that was needed to give us a better understanding of the property. Our experience was successful! We found and purchased a beautiful home, where we are making endless memories. We couldn’t have been happier with the experience we shared with John. We highly recommend him to anyone. We have already given his name to friends and family. We hope to work with him again in the future!

We met with Seth in 2019 when he showed us condos in the Calabash area. On that visit, we didn’t find what we were looking for. We never forgot Seth because he was great.
