Extremely professional and knowledgeable about all the areas we were looking for, and very conscientious about helping us find what we wanted. Mr. O’Conner worked with us over a 24 month period until we found exactly what we desired. In addition, he continued to help facilitate the mortgage process and assisted at various points during the process. This included dealing with the listing agent. I am not sure we would have been able to complete the entire process without him. It was a comfort to us knowing he kept a sharp eye on everything. We now have our dream retirement due to John! I would highly recommend John for all your real estate transactions in the Brunswick county area! Thanks John!

John was the most helpful and respectful realtor. We worked with John during the most critical time of the Covid Pandemic. Having to do things virtually with regards to buying a new home, was stressful to say the least. However, John made the process smooth and enjoyable! He was extremely responsive to all of our questions. He took the time to show receptive properties virtually and clarify anything that was needed to give us a better understanding of the property. Me and my family just spent the weekend being driven around by Seth in an effort to explore the Wilmington, NC and surrounding area real estate market. Seth provided key data on community size, dates of build-out, builder info, and provided a comprehensive list of communities to review in lead-up to our visit. He was responsive on the phone, email, and text. With Seth’s guidance we narrowed down our list of choices from over a dozen communities to three, all of them being strong contenders for when we move. We will definitely seek to work with Seth when it comes time to purchase property.

The BEST! We got him by sheer luck! We were contemplating buying land and building. A year and half prior to buying. When we decided to get serious and look for houses, we had already looked around. My husband told me of one more house. We were at the house and saw a sign in the yard, called, and they sent Johnnie. He’s the nicest person you will ever meet. Honest, very helpful, not pushy, and knows the business!

My husband and I have owned property in Brunswick Plantation for many years. Due to various circumstances, we never moved there and ended up in Arizona. We tried to sell the property two different times to no avail. A couple of months ago, we received a card from Jeff Lott and decided to try this one more time. We agreed on a reasonable price and within a short time Jeff had an an offer for our property. The timing was right and we were happy to proceed with the sale. Jeff has been an absolute pleasure to work with, a great personality, sales experience and competence. Thank you to Jeff for taking care of us. We worked with Steve in January and February of 2020. He was outstanding to work with on our land and build purchase. Steve spent time getting to know us and what our property goals were for our North Carolina purchase. Steve was responsive, understanding, knowledgeable and very kind. We trusted Steve throughout the entire process, would use him again and highly recommend him!

Amanda is amazing! She was very patient with me during the entire process and made sure that she was always available whenever I needed her. She helped me craft an offer on my house that resulted in a fantastic deal. My emails and texts were always answered quickly and she was incredibly patient with all of the questions and worries that I had as a first time homebuyer.
