Extremely professional and knowledgeable about all the areas we were looking for, and very conscientious about helping us find what we wanted. Mr. O’Conner worked with us over a 24 month period until we found exactly what we desired. In addition, he continued to help facilitate the mortgage process and assisted at various points during the process. This included dealing with the listing agent. I am not sure we would have been able to complete the entire process without him. It was a comfort to us knowing he kept a sharp eye on everything. We now have our dream retirement due to John! Stephen is a great realtor. We have used him for five transactions and everyone of them has been completed without hiccup. He is communicative, regularly provides updates, and double checks his work and the work of other agents to make sure the deal goes through. I highly recommend working with him.

The BEST! We got him by sheer luck! We were contemplating buying land and building. A year and half prior to buying. When we decided to get serious and look for houses, we had already looked around. We worked with Steve in January and February of 2020. He was outstanding to work with on our land and build purchase. Steve spent time getting to know us and what our property goals were for our North Carolina purchase. Steve was responsive, understanding, knowledgeable and very kind.
