We recently used Sarah for a sale in 12/2020 and a purchase in 08/2021.
She was excellent, always available and never kept you waiting for something. She was efficient and knowledgeable. With us being from out of state, she went above and beyond helping with the little things that needed to get done that were really outside the scope of what agents generally do. We worked with Steve in January and February of 2020. He was outstanding to work with on our land and build purchase. Steve spent time getting to know us and what our property goals were for our North Carolina purchase. Steve was responsive, understanding, knowledgeable and very kind. We trusted Steve throughout the entire process, would use him again and highly recommend him!

John was the most helpful and respectful realtor. We worked with John during the most critical time of the Covid Pandemic. Having to do things virtually with regards to buying a new home, was stressful to say the least. However, John made the process smooth and enjoyable! He was extremely responsive to all of our questions. He took the time to show receptive properties virtually and clarify anything that was needed to give us a better understanding of the property. Steve went out of his way to make sure we found the right home for us. He was there anytime we needed and was always happy to help. You’d be hard pressed to find a more knowledgeable realtor. Thanks again Steve for everything you did for us!

We met with Seth in 2019 when he showed us condos in the Calabash area. On that visit, we didn’t find what we were looking for. We never forgot Seth because he was great. He was friendly, no pressure and understood what we were looking for. We continued to look on line and in 2021 we found what we wanted. There was no doubt who we wanted as our agent, Seth Barbee.
