John was the most helpful and respectful realtor. We worked with John during the most critical time of the Covid Pandemic. Having to do things virtually with regards to buying a new home, was stressful to say the least. However, John made the process smooth and enjoyable! He was extremely responsive to all of our questions. He took the time to show receptive properties virtually and clarify anything that was needed to give us a better understanding of the property. We worked with Steve in January and February of 2020. He was outstanding to work with on our land and build purchase. Steve spent time getting to know us and what our property goals were for our North Carolina purchase. Steve was responsive, understanding, knowledgeable and very kind. When choosing an agent, we had a vast many that my husband and I knew personally. We decided to work with Mandy because of her hard working, go getter personality. If you are looking to sell quickly, call Mandy. In 2 days, she had our house listed and sold in 4 days with multiple offers. Kirk & I would highly recommend Mandy for your selling needs. Amanda is amazing! She was very patient with me during the entire process and made sure that she was always available whenever I needed her.
