Extremely professional and knowledgeable about all the areas we were looking for, and very conscientious about helping us find what we wanted. Mr. O’Conner worked with us over a 24 month period until we found exactly what we desired. In addition, he continued to help facilitate the mortgage process and assisted at various points during the process. This included dealing with the listing agent. I am not sure we would have been able to complete the entire process without him. It was a comfort to us knowing he kept a sharp eye on everything. We now have our dream retirement due to John! I would highly recommend John for all your real estate transactions in the Brunswick county area! Thanks John!

John was the most helpful and respectful realtor. We worked with John during the most critical time of the Covid Pandemic. Having to do things virtually with regards to buying a new home, was stressful to say the least. However, John made the process smooth and enjoyable! Stephen is a great realtor. We have used him for five transactions and everyone of them has been completed without hiccup. He is communicative, regularly provides updates, and double checks his work and the work of other agents to make sure the deal goes through. I highly recommend working with him.

Me and my family just spent the weekend being driven around by Seth in an effort to explore the Wilmington, NC and surrounding area real estate market. Seth provided key data on community size, dates of build-out, builder info, and provided a comprehensive list of communities to review in lead-up to our visit. He was responsive on the phone, email, and text. With Seth’s guidance we narrowed down our list of choices from over a dozen communities to three, all of them being strong contenders for when we move. We will definitely seek to work with Seth when it comes time to purchase property.

Amanda is amazing! She was very patient with me during the entire process and made sure that she was always available whenever I needed her. She helped me craft an offer on my house that resulted in a fantastic deal. My emails and texts were always answered quickly and she was incredibly patient with all of the questions and worries that I had as a first time homebuyer. If you need to buy or sell a house, go with Amanda. You won’t be sorry!

I love working with Sarah on the purchase of my house lot! She is very knowledgeable about the area, very willing to work on my behalf and is still helping me after the fact. I will definitely enjoy living in the neighborhood that she serves and I will absolutely be referring my friends to her!

We worked with Steve in January and February of 2020. He was outstanding to work with on our land and build purchase. Steve spent time getting to know us and what our property goals were for our North Carolina purchase. Steve was responsive, understanding, knowledgeable and very kind. We trusted Steve throughout the entire process, would use him again and highly recommend him!

Mandy is an experienced professional and was very available. She has a great personality and makes the stress of selling and buying a home and selling land easy. Unfortunately, Mandy just helped us find our forever home or I would say we will use her in the future. We will be letting all our friends know about how great Mandy is to work with.
