Steve went out of his way to make sure we found the right home for us. He was there anytime we needed and was always happy to help. You’d be hard pressed to find a more knowledgeable realtor. Thanks again Steve for everything you did for us!

Amanda is amazing! She was very patient with me during the entire process and made sure that she was always available whenever I needed her. She helped me craft an offer on my house that resulted in a fantastic deal. My emails and texts were always answered quickly and she was incredibly patient with all of the questions and worries that I had as a first time homebuyer. We met with Seth in 2019 when he showed us condos in the Calabash area. On that visit, we didn’t find what we were looking for. We never forgot Seth because he was great. Extremely professional and knowledgeable about all the areas we were looking for, and very conscientious about helping us find what we wanted. Mr. O’Conner worked with us over a 24 month period until we found exactly what we desired. In addition, he continued to help facilitate the mortgage process and assisted at various points during the process. This included dealing with the listing agent. I am not sure we would have been able to complete the entire process without him. It was a comfort to us knowing he kept a sharp eye on everything. We now have our dream retirement due to John! I would highly recommend John for all your real estate transactions in the Brunswick county area! Thanks John!

We worked with Steve in January and February of 2020. He was outstanding to work with on our land and build purchase. Steve spent time getting to know us and what our property goals were for our North Carolina purchase. Steve was responsive, understanding, knowledgeable and very kind.
