Extremely professional and knowledgeable about all the areas we were looking for, and very conscientious about helping us find what we wanted. Mr. O’Conner worked with us over a 24 month period until we found exactly what we desired. In addition, he continued to help facilitate the mortgage process and assisted at various points during the process. This included dealing with the listing agent. I am not sure we would have been able to complete the entire process without him. It was a comfort to us knowing he kept a sharp eye on everything. We now have our dream retirement due to John! I would highly recommend John for all your real estate transactions in the Brunswick county area! Thanks John!

We received Seth Barbee’s name via a Zillow inquiry for. Property on Ocean Isle Beach. We were skeptical but so very glad we with him! He helped us purchase a great home. He was knowledgeable about the area and was super helpful even after the purchase was done as we are not in the area full time. We would highly recommend him!

We worked with Steve in January and February of 2020. He was outstanding to work with on our land and build purchase. Steve spent time getting to know us and what our property goals were for our North Carolina purchase. Steve was responsive, understanding, knowledgeable and very kind. We trusted Steve throughout the entire process, would use him again and highly recommend him!

Steve was very informative and helpful in providing local information. He stayed focused on my request and offered both positive and negative feedback, which helped me make decisions. He steered me away from potential problem areas and showed me exactly what I was looking for.

The BEST! We got him by sheer luck! We were contemplating buying land and building. A year and half prior to buying. When we decided to get serious and look for houses, we had already looked around. My husband told me of one more house. We were at the house and saw a sign in the yard, called, and they sent Johnnie. He’s the nicest person you will ever meet. Mandy is perceptive. She devoted her attention to us and our reactions to various homes so she could better understand our goals. She greatly assisted our search towards areas and homes that met our goals. We were never pushed to see any particular home or to make any particular offer to buy. Mandy was gracious with her time and patient with our search. She was responsive to our inquiries regarding developments, communities, and homes in addition to numerous other questions we had along the way. John was the most helpful and respectful realtor. We worked with John during the most critical time of the Covid Pandemic.
