Mandy is an experienced professional and was very available. She has a great personality and makes the stress of selling and buying a home and selling land easy. Me and my family just spent the weekend being driven around by Seth in an effort to explore the Wilmington, NC and surrounding area real estate market. Seth provided key data on community size, dates of build-out, builder info, and provided a comprehensive list of communities to review in lead-up to our visit.
