John was the most helpful and respectful realtor. We worked with John during the most critical time of the Covid Pandemic. Having to do things virtually with regards to buying a new home, was stressful to say the least. However, John made the process smooth and enjoyable! He was extremely responsive to all of our questions. He took the time to show receptive properties virtually and clarify anything that was needed to give us a better understanding of the property. Our experience was successful! We found and purchased a beautiful home, where we are making endless memories. We couldn’t have been happier with the experience we shared with John. Extremely professional and knowledgeable about all the areas we were looking for, and very conscientious about helping us find what we wanted. Mr. O’Conner worked with us over a 24 month period until we found exactly what we desired. In addition, he continued to help facilitate the mortgage process and assisted at various points during the process. This included dealing with the listing agent. I am not sure we would have been able to complete the entire process without him. It was a comfort to us knowing he kept a sharp eye on everything. We now have our dream retirement due to John! My husband and I have owned property in Brunswick Plantation for many years. Due to various circumstances, we never moved there and ended up in Arizona. Mandy is perceptive. She devoted her attention to us and our reactions to various homes so she could better understand our goals. She greatly assisted our search towards areas and homes that met our goals. We were never pushed to see any particular home or to make any particular offer to buy. Mandy was gracious with her time and patient with our search. She was responsive to our inquiries regarding developments, communities, and homes in addition to numerous other questions we had along the way.
