Me and my family just spent the weekend being driven around by Seth in an effort to explore the Wilmington, NC and surrounding area real estate market. Seth provided key data on community size, dates of build-out, builder info, and provided a comprehensive list of communities to review in lead-up to our visit. He was responsive on the phone, email, and text. With Seth’s guidance we narrowed down our list of choices from over a dozen communities to three, all of them being strong contenders for when we move. We will definitely seek to work with Seth when it comes time to purchase property.

Mandy is an experienced professional and was very available. She has a great personality and makes the stress of selling and buying a home and selling land easy. Stephen is a great realtor. We have used him for five transactions and everyone of them has been completed without hiccup. He is communicative, regularly provides updates, and double checks his work and the work of other agents to make sure the deal goes through. I highly recommend working with him.

My husband and I have owned property in Brunswick Plantation for many years. Due to various circumstances, we never moved there and ended up in Arizona. We worked with Steve in January and February of 2020. He was outstanding to work with on our land and build purchase. Steve spent time getting to know us and what our property goals were for our North Carolina purchase. Steve was responsive, understanding, knowledgeable and very kind. We trusted Steve throughout the entire process, would use him again and highly recommend him!

We received Seth Barbee’s name via a Zillow inquiry for. Property on Ocean Isle Beach. We were skeptical but so very glad we with him! He helped us purchase a great home.
