John was the most helpful and respectful realtor. We worked with John during the most critical time of the Covid Pandemic. We worked with Steve in January and February of 2020. He was outstanding to work with on our land and build purchase. Steve spent time getting to know us and what our property goals were for our North Carolina purchase. Steve was responsive, understanding, knowledgeable and very kind. We trusted Steve throughout the entire process, would use him again and highly recommend him!

The BEST! We got him by sheer luck! We were contemplating buying land and building. A year and half prior to buying. When we decided to get serious and look for houses, we had already looked around. My husband told me of one more house. We were at the house and saw a sign in the yard, called, and they sent Johnnie. He’s the nicest person you will ever meet.
