Mandy is an experienced professional and was very available. She has a great personality and makes the stress of selling and buying a home and selling land easy. Unfortunately, Mandy just helped us find our forever home or I would say we will use her in the future. We will be letting all our friends know about how great Mandy is to work with.

Steve went out of his way to make sure we found the right home for us. He was there anytime we needed and was always happy to help. You’d be hard pressed to find a more knowledgeable realtor. Thanks again Steve for everything you did for us!

Stephen is a great realtor. We have used him for five transactions and everyone of them has been completed without hiccup. He is communicative, regularly provides updates, and double checks his work and the work of other agents to make sure the deal goes through. I highly recommend working with him.

John was the most helpful and respectful realtor. We worked with John during the most critical time of the Covid Pandemic. Having to do things virtually with regards to buying a new home, was stressful to say the least. However, John made the process smooth and enjoyable! He was extremely responsive to all of our questions. He took the time to show receptive properties virtually and clarify anything that was needed to give us a better understanding of the property. Our experience was successful! We found and purchased a beautiful home, where we are making endless memories. We couldn’t have been happier with the experience we shared with John. We worked with Steve in January and February of 2020. He was outstanding to work with on our land and build purchase. Steve spent time getting to know us and what our property goals were for our North Carolina purchase. Steve was responsive, understanding, knowledgeable and very kind. We trusted Steve throughout the entire process, would use him again and highly recommend him!

I love working with Sarah on the purchase of my house lot! She is very knowledgeable about the area, very willing to work on my behalf and is still helping me after the fact. I will definitely enjoy living in the neighborhood that she serves and I will absolutely be referring my friends to her!
