Steve went out of his way to make sure we found the right home for us. He was there anytime we needed and was always happy to help. You’d be hard pressed to find a more knowledgeable realtor. Thanks again Steve for everything you did for us!

We recently used Sarah for a sale in 12/2020 and a purchase in 08/2021.
She was excellent, always available and never kept you waiting for something. She was efficient and knowledgeable. With us being from out of state, she went above and beyond helping with the little things that needed to get done that were really outside the scope of what agents generally do. Mandy is perceptive. She devoted her attention to us and our reactions to various homes so she could better understand our goals. We met with Seth in 2019 when he showed us condos in the Calabash area. On that visit, we didn’t find what we were looking for. We never forgot Seth because he was great. He was friendly, no pressure and understood what we were looking for. We continued to look on line and in 2021 we found what we wanted. There was no doubt who we wanted as our agent, Seth Barbee. John was the most helpful and respectful realtor. We worked with John during the most critical time of the Covid Pandemic. Having to do things virtually with regards to buying a new home, was stressful to say the least. However, John made the process smooth and enjoyable! He was extremely responsive to all of our questions. He took the time to show receptive properties virtually and clarify anything that was needed to give us a better understanding of the property. Our experience was successful! We found and purchased a beautiful home, where we are making endless memories. We couldn’t have been happier with the experience we shared with John. Extremely professional and knowledgeable about all the areas we were looking for, and very conscientious about helping us find what we wanted. Mr. O’Conner worked with us over a 24 month period until we found exactly what we desired. In addition, he continued to help facilitate the mortgage process and assisted at various points during the process. This included dealing with the listing agent. I am not sure we would have been able to complete the entire process without him. It was a comfort to us knowing he kept a sharp eye on everything. We now have our dream retirement due to John! I would highly recommend John for all your real estate transactions in the Brunswick county area! Thanks John!
